My Novik's and Forberg's hail from a small island in the Trondheimsfjord.

A lovely and serene place called, Hjelle in More og Romsdal. 

My mother's mother's family came from this reign.

Book Club Cannon Beach Trip 2008

Vivian is making Pumpkin Scones with Craisin Butter, they were fabulous!

I went for a power walk with Maribeth. The hail storm was even more powerful.

Vivian and I are serving up pot roast for dinner.

No trip to Ashland was ever complete without a caramel apple.

At Cannon Beach the fare is caramel apple fondue!
